| Detailed Description: | Dear sir, I require deep groove ball bearing 6010 iron (no heat treatment),so HRC is low (10 -20 hrc). Our average order will be about 2*20 full containers ie about 150000 pcs. each 4 months. I would like to draw your attention that my co. is the most leading one in Egypt (no1) for importing steel spring for rolling shutters in the last 30 years ago. These required bearings are installed in the spring boxes for the rolling shutters. So, these bearings are used only for smoothing the movement of the rolling shutters up & down only ie there is no. load or pressure on these bearings. So I ask you for iron bearing without heat treatment. I have one supplier in China , but if your bearings of better quality and price, it will be interested to us.
